Materials Analysis Platform (PANAM) brings advanced equipments of structural (crystallographic and morphological) and chemical analysis of materials up to atomic scale. Used technics are X-Ray Diffraction, Transmission Electron Microscopy, Cathodoluminescence and Atomic Force Microscopy. These activities are essential for evaluation and qualification of new materials and elaboration methods.
PANAM platform is a part of C2N Technology Center, and is attached to Materials Department.
The platform is run by 4 engineers (Christophe David, Nathaniel Findling, Ludovic Largeau, Stefano Pirotta). Ludovic Largeau is the platform manager.
